You receive a friendly and heart-warming reception on your admission for treatment to our clinic. On most occasions, we can accommodate a new admission within 24 hours of making the booking while admissions need to be pre-booked.
Referrals are recognized from a healthcare professional, the client and a loved one. Our team is prepared to receive you upon arrival once you have confirmed your booking.
Upon arrival at the facility, you will be acquainted to the medical staff and toured around so that you can orient yourself with the facility's various corners. We will provide you a welcome pack that will explain all that is necessary for you to know about your stay with us at the Sanctuary Lodge, along with a schedule of therapy sessions. The First 24 Hours After Admission
In the course of the very first 24 hours, we'll make arrangements for you to visit our detoxification specialist psychiatrist.
What happens here is that a complete evaluation will be performed based on your medical and psychological medical care necessities. A complete detox program will be authorized if needed. Our mental health experts will be in charge of administering and monitoring your detox under strict protocol.
A psychiatrist will call attention to any aspects of your treatment that need expert attention and make suggestions. Our goal is to make sure that you treatment needs are met during your stay, therefore we will make sure that anything recommended or highlighted is then incorporated into your bespoke treatment plan. We will ensure that you are getting the highest standard care at any time and your treatment plan will then be constantly evaluated by our clinical director, counsellors and clinical personnel.
Our friendly staff will then help you settle in once your assessment has been completed. We fully recognize that this is a very stressful and fearful time for most, but our staff is on hand to offer advice and reassurance at all times.
